I’m a Professional Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Life Coach who has a passion for helping people to improve their lives.

What to expect – working together.

When you first get in contact I will suggest arranging a free consultation call which can be done over the phone or as a video call.

During this call we will discuss your life, the issue you’d like help with and, most importantly, to find out if I am the right person to help you.

I tend to use cognitive behavioural therapy techniques combined with hypnosis, mindfulness and relaxation.

I suggest that on an initial basis 4 sessions should give us a very good idea as to whether our sessions together are being successful.

You are never tied into any contract or obligation and you’re welcome to have sessions spaced out to suit your issue as well as your financial situation.

Each session lasts between 50-60 minutes and is charged at £65.

As you become more self-sufficient with your issue, appointments tend to get spaced further apart until you feel you have things under control. You’re always, of course, welcome to return for sessions whenever you feel you need to.

50-60 minutes is charged at £65.
