What is Creative Writing for Wellbeing? My aim is to support you in connecting to your creativity in a mindful way, to aid relaxation, reducing stress To provide relaxing and enjoyable creative sessions involving meditation, poetry, prompts and props to help you find your own words and expression. Whether you are an experienced journaller or a complete novice to writing, all are welcome.

Reading aloud, spelling and grammar skills are not necessary!

This creative writing workshop is led by Jacqui Smith who before becoming a creative writing for wellbeing practitioner, was  a counsellor for over twenty years, which was a great privilege and a huge education. Writing has helped me to manage my emotions and come out the other side of those interesting times that we all go through.
