My aim is to support you in connecting to your creativity in a mindful way, to aid relaxation, reducing stress
To provide relaxing and enjoyable creative sessions involving meditation, poetry, prompts and props to help you find your own words
Whether you are an experienced journaller or a complete novice to writing, all are welcome.
Reading aloud, spelling and grammar skills are not necessary!
The degree to which writing or talking about basic thoughts and feelings
can produce such profound physical and psychological changes is nothing short of amazing.
