Total Health West Berkshire is easy to visit by car, with free on site parking at our ideal grade 2 listed location just off the A4 between Newbury and Thatcham. We are also situated only a few miles from Thatcham or Newbury train stations. Perfect if you are planning on attending one of our workshops or events.
