If you are in your 40’s or above and are already starting to feel like you are getting older then maybe you are starting to think more about your health than when you were in your 20’s when you felt invincible.

Often we tend to think about our weight, BMI, the amount of sugar, chocolate and how much water we drink.

But that is only surface level health.

Unlike other plans you are not limited to one professionial giving you advice.

In the Total Health Transformation you have a team of people around you.

Our unique programme includes:

  • Our one of a kind Transformation Assessment Appointment in which your vital signs and important measurements will be taken and you will be taken through your Pre Transfrormation surveys.  We will deep dive into your current levels of sleep, stress and happiness.
  • You will be given your Transformation workbook to keep your results, surveys and all the information you need from the coaching programme.

This gives us your starting point.  Remember what gets measured gets changed! 

  • A Pre Transformation blood test – Measuring 50 health indicators to give you a deeper insight into your health.
  • A  1-1, 30 minute, Private GP appointment to discuss your blood test results and general health.
  • 10 weeks of group coaching –  Where you will learn everything you need for your tranformation to take place.
  • Second Transformation Assessment Appointment –  to measure the changes in your vital signs, measurements and to redo your surveys – Let’s see how much your have improved.
  • Second Blood test – Let’s see how your health indicators have improved.
  • End of programme 20 minute Private GP Appointment – A final review to discuss your improvements and your next steps. 

Whilst most programmes rely on one person to help you make a surface level change. In our programme you will have a team of healthcare professionals supporting you to make a transformation in not only how your body looks but how healthly you actually are.

From the phlebotomist who will take your blood, to the GP who will review your results and the health coach who will take you through 10 weeks of group health coaching.

Health Coach

Sarah Culpepper is a qualified Health Scientist, a Registered Nutrition and Health Coach with the UK International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA) and an Accredited Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) she has worked as a health and safety trainer and private chef and has spent many years mentoring and assessing within a range of industries.

She coaches individuals, facilitates group coaching and works privately with NHS surgeries to coach patient cohorts, specialising in metabolic disease and healthy ageing. She uses recognised coaching techniques and science led data, to work with clients to prioritise goals,  work through existing belief patterns and create individual action plans designed to help you implement the steps that you need to reach your goals and achieve long term results at your pace. Her passion is to help people implement preventative dietary and lifestyle interventions, to reduce the risk of disease and live the life they wish, not only now but into their future.

When I first spoke to Sarah for the initial call, I was feeling exhausted and demotivated. I was excited to have a plan for the way forward to improve this and this absolutely did happen, I was surprised at how different I felt as each week progressed during the course. Frequently Asked Questions

What time are the blood tests, assessment and GP appointments available?

Blood tests and assessment appointments are available between 9.00am and 2.30pm Monday – Thursday.

GP appointments are availible 9.00am and 12.00pm Monday and Tuesday and 1.30pm – 3.30pm on Wednesday.

Can I join the Total Health Transformation if I am Diabetic?

Yes, as long as your diabetes is being controlled by a GP then you can join the programme although you may wish to discuss it with your GP first.

What happens if I miss a coaching session?

Unfortunately you will not be able to attend that session again but the information from the session will be sent to you and you can ask questions in the Whats App group.

Can you guarantee a transformation in my health?

We are not able to guarantee a change in your health. But we will give you all the tools, information and help to give you the best change of making a change. As with all programmes of this type the more you put into it the more you will get out.
