Our NLP and Well Being Coach has a wealth of experience in coaching, mindfulness, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), to empower her clients to break limiting beliefs, develop resilience, and create lasting positive change.
This uses a holistic approach that combines NLP techniques, mindfulness, and coaching techniques which guides you toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and mental clarity.
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, reprogram negative thought patterns, regulate emotions or improve your emotional well-being, NLP and Well Being Coaching provides practical tools to help you achieve your goals.
Well-Being and NLP Coaching Session £75
In our sessions I will clarify Goals & Challenges – I’ll talk about what you want to achieve, any obstacles in your way, and why these goals matter to you.
Through questioning, NLP and coaching exercises, or discussions, we will uncover patterns, beliefs, or behaviours that might be helping or negatively impacting your progress.
Together, we will develop specific action steps to move forward. I’ll offer tools and techniques to take away.
Each session is tailored to individual needs and can be motivational, reflective, or action-oriented, depending on where you are in your journey.
There is no obligation to carry on with me after the first session and it’s important to find someone who is a good fit. I look forward to working with you to help you recognise how important you are.
