Mental Health Support

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, self-esteem or another mental health concern, we offer confidential support in a calm and non-judgemental setting.

Our mental health services include extended GP-led appointments and talking therapy. An experienced GP can help you discuss symptoms, medication, treatment options and appropriate next steps. Counselling provides a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences with a qualified therapist.

Autism and ADHD Assessments

If you are wondering whether ADHD, autism, or a combination of both may explain some of the challenges you or your child are experiencing, our assessment team can help.

Private assessments are available for adults and children. The process begins with guidance on the most appropriate assessment option, followed by a structured clinical assessment, written feedback and clear next steps.

Supporting a Child Who Is Struggling With School?

If your child is finding school transitions, returning after a break, busy environments or the demands of the school day particularly difficult, our Back to School Better resources may help.

The free guides contain practical strategies for parents, carers, teachers and schools supporting children experiencing school anxiety, overwhelm or difficult transitions.

Children do not need an ADHD or autism diagnosis to benefit from the strategies.

ADHD Medication Support

Already have an ADHD diagnosis and considering medication?

Our specialist prescribing team provides structured ADHD medication titration for adults and children. This involves starting medication carefully, monitoring how it affects symptoms and wellbeing, and adjusting the dose to find the most suitable balance between benefits and side effects.

The service may also include:

  • regular medication reviews
  • physical health monitoring
  • advice on side effects
  • ongoing prescribing support

Medication is only prescribed where it is clinically appropriate.

Our medication support follows recognised clinical guidance. You can read the NICE guidance on ADHD diagnosis and management for independent information about ADHD treatment and monitoring.

Post-Assessment ADHD and Autism Resources

If you have already completed an ADHD or autism assessment, it can take time to process the outcome and decide what support may be helpful next.

Our ADHD and Autism Support Hub includes practical resources to help you understand your options after assessment, including guidance on post-assessment support, wellbeing, nutrition, lifestyle and trusted sources of further help.

These resources are designed for people who have already been through the assessment process and want clear next steps, whether the outcome was expected or came as a surprise.

Not Sure Which Support Is Right for You?
