Soft Tissue Therapy for Pain, Recovery and Movement
Soft tissue therapy can be used to support both short-term discomfort and longer-term physical challenges.
Jenny works with clients to understand what they are experiencing, what they want to achieve and what treatment approach is most appropriate for their needs.
This may include hands-on treatment, musculoskeletal assessment, movement-focused support, rehabilitation guidance and a personalised plan to help support recovery, comfort and movement over time.
The Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage describes soft tissue therapy as a field that can include assessment and a range of remedial techniques to assist recovery. This aligns with Jenny’s treatment style, which combines hands-on therapy with a broader understanding of movement, pain and rehabilitation.
Soft Tissue Therapy Appointments with Jenny
Each appointment is designed to give Jenny time to understand what you are experiencing and tailor treatment to your needs.
This can help you discuss what you are experiencing and decide whether booking treatment with Jenny is appropriate.
This appointment gives Jenny time to understand your symptoms, assess what may be contributing to the issue and begin hands-on treatment.
This session can be used to continue hands-on treatment, review progress and adapt the approach based on how your body is responding.
This may be suitable if you have more than one area of concern, need additional hands-on treatment time, or are continuing work on a more persistent issue.
This session gives Jenny additional time to combine assessment, hands-on treatment and rehabilitation-focused support in one appointment.
