Jenny’s treatments may include:
  • musculoskeletal assessment
  • hot or cold stone therapy, or a combination of both
  • dry myofascial cupping
  • kinesiology taping
  • instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation
  • myofascial release
  • personal training and rehabilitation
This assessment-led approach helps Jenny support a wide range of clients, from active individuals and athletes through to people managing chronic pain, long-term conditions or recurring physical issues.

Soft Tissue Therapy for Pain, Recovery and Movement

Soft tissue therapy can be used to support both short-term discomfort and longer-term physical challenges.

Jenny works with clients to understand what they are experiencing, what they want to achieve and what treatment approach is most appropriate for their needs.

This may include hands-on treatment, musculoskeletal assessment, movement-focused support, rehabilitation guidance and a personalised plan to help support recovery, comfort and movement over time.

The Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage describes soft tissue therapy as a field that can include assessment and a range of remedial techniques to assist recovery. This aligns with Jenny’s treatment style, which combines hands-on therapy with a broader understanding of movement, pain and rehabilitation.
