About Mette Whittaker
Mette has over 20 years of experience providing psychological therapy to adolescents and adults. Her work includes CBT and EMDR for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and low self-esteem. She has a particular interest in supporting young people in care and those with complex needs, and adapts her approach to each client.
Qualifications and registration
- Qualified in forensic psychology (2009)
- Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and member of the British Psychological Society
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a forensic psychologist
- Member of the EMDR Association UK & Ireland
