Dietitian

Gypsy is passionate about working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that are actually going to work! She has worked as a dietitian for five years in both public and private sectors including the NHS where she currently specialises as a paediatric dietitian.

She has a range of experience including allergies, heart health, pre-diabetes/type two diabetes management, nutritional deficiencies, healthy eating for nourishment, as well as, sustainable weight loss management. She uses cognitive behavioural therapy support to working through emotional eating behaviours.

Gypsy strongly believes no one should ever feel ‘judged’ or ‘guilty’ for their food choices. Her space will always be open for sharing without judgement regardless of age, race, ethnicity, physical ability or attributes, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
