Full Health and Lifestyle Assessment
Your journey starts with an in-depth review of your current health, lifestyle, and goals.

We will explore your habits, challenges, and motivations so we can build a plan tailored to you.

Six Private Coaching Sessions (Every Two Weeks)
Coaching is a partnership. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you unlock solutions, set meaningful goals, and support you as you implement them.

Each session is structured around the GROW Model, a proven coaching framework to
create clarity and action:

Goal Setting: Defining what you truly want to achieve and breaking it down into realistic, achievable steps.

Reality Check: Understanding where you are now by exploring your current habits, challenges, and strengths.

Options and Opportunities: Identifying strategies that fit your lifestyle, preferences and circumstances.

Way Forward: Creating a clear, doable action plan at the end of each session so you know exactly what to focus on next.

Session Breakdown:

First and Final Sessions (90 minutes):

A full health assessment with goal setting
to start and a comprehensive review at the end to ensure lasting success.

Four 60-Minute Sessions:

Tailored to your specific needs, covering:
– Nutrition and meal planning strategies that work for you.
– Sustainable habit-building techniques.
– Overcoming mindset blocks and emotional eating patterns.
– Stress management, sleep, and movement for overall well-being.
– Tracking progress and adjusting your approach as needed.

Check-In Emails (On Alternate Weeks)

On weeks without a coaching session, you will receive a personalised check-in email to keep
you motivated, celebrate progress, and adjust your strategy if needed.

Three Months of WhatsApp Support

If you need a quick check-in, motivation, or clarity between sessions, you can reach out
anytime for additional support.

Health and Nutrition Coach

Sarah Culpepper is a qualified Health Scientist, a Registered Nutrition and Health Coach with the UK International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA) and an Accredited Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) she has worked as a health and safety trainer and private chef and has spent many years mentoring and assessing within a range of industries.

She coaches individuals, facilitates group coaching and works privately with NHS surgeries to coach patient cohorts, specialising in metabolic disease and healthy ageing. She uses recognised coaching techniques and science led data, to work with clients to prioritise goals,  work through existing belief patterns and create individual action plans designed to help you implement the steps that you need to reach your goals and achieve long term results at your pace. Her passion is to help people implement preventative dietary and lifestyle interventions, to reduce the risk of disease and live the life they wish, not only now but into their future.
